Terms & Conditions

1. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received via bank transfer.
2. All deposits are non-refundable. Unforeseen circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis..
3. Remaining balances must be paid before final edited content is delivered.
4. Clients cancelling within 7 days of the booking date may be charged up to 50% of the total booking fee.
5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking.
6. Estimated turnaround time for edited content is between 7–21 working days depending on project size.
7. Raw/unedited files are not included unless agreed beforehand.
8. Clients must ensure all required permissions for locations or venues are obtained before the shoot.
9. Viray Visuals is not responsible for missed shots caused by lateness, restrictions, or interference from guests or venue staff.
10. All images and videos remain the copyright property of Viray Visuals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Viray Visuals may use content from sessions for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
12. Final edited content will be delivered digitally unless another delivery method is agreed.
13. Clients are responsible for backing up delivered files after download.
14. By submitting this booking form, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
